One
“One” is all about you. It's basically required information for our files.
Two
“Two” is the amount you wish to give and how you want to give it either via payroll deduction, check or cash, direct bill, credit card or gift of stock.
Three
“Three” gives you the choice of donating at Leadership Circle levels from $500 to over $10,000 and up, sharing the charitable spirit with other leaders in the community.
Four
“Four” gives you the option of designating your gift or a portion of it to specific needs, agencies or the United Way in your hometown.
