Fifty percent of Wisconsin residents who are in need of human services information are now able to dial 2-1-1 to find answers. The easy-to-remember and universally recognized number makes it possible for callers in need to more easily make connections with appropriate community-based organizations and government agencies.

United Way 2-1-1 provides access to health and human services, giving callers an opportunity to give or get help and serves as a hub for community information in times of disaster. 2-1-1 is accessible 24/7 and available at no cost to all residents in Sheboygan County.
